Return / Refund

To initiate a return or refund with Yaathi, please ensure that your purchase aligns with the following guidelines:

  • Products on SALE are generally not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect involved.
  • Once fabrics have been cut, they cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Stitched suits and unstitched suits cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If you receive products with genuine manufacturing or quality defects, kindly photograph the items and share them with us via WhatsApp at (+91 9150053997) immediately after unpacking. You must also request a return within the next 3 days.

Refunds are only applicable in the following situations: a) incorrect deliveries, or b) damaged goods. Please note that refunds or exchanges cannot be provided for color preferences or changes of mind.

If your purchase meets the aforementioned return criteria, please contact our care team within 3 days of delivery and provide the following information:

A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn, and has its original tags intact. Kindly note that international orders are not eligible for returns.
