Return & Replacement Policy

Return Policy:

  • We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • How to Return: Contact our customer service to initiate a return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  • Refund: Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Replacement Policy:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, you can request a replacement within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • How to Request a Replacement: Contact our customer service +91 9150053997 with details and pictures of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no extra cost.
  • Replacement Shipping: The replacement item will be shipped as soon as the return process is completed.

Note:

  • COD orders will be refunded via store credit or bank transfer.
