Q. Domestic Delivery / International Delivery

A. We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 1,500 We deliver your order to you as soon as possible! We're taking extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery but we will still aim to have your order within 4-7 working days for unstitched suits and 7 -10 working days for stitched suits.

For international order we take 15-20 working days to deliver. For international orders, there will be a additional shipping charges according to the country and weight of the product. A separate email will be sent by our customer care with payment link.

Q. How do I know my order has been placed?

A. Upon placing your order, you will see an order confirmation number on your screen. You will also receive an email confirmation from us. In case there are any issues with processing your order, you will be notified with an email.

Q. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

A. If there is an error in the shipping address you specified at the time of checkout, please email us at or call us immediately. We are unable to change a shipping address or redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Q. How do I track my order?

A. If you're a logged in user, simply head to the 'My Orders' section in your account to Track your order. If you shopped as a guest, enter your order number you must receive in your email or mobile. Q. Are there any duties and taxes?

A. For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of GST/ For customers outside India, duties are not included in the price.

Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, custom fees, or local taxes according to the country specific laws.

Q. Who will deliver my order?

A. Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries. Within India, we ship through registered courier companies like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Fedex, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, Ekart Logistics.

 You need to provide valid mobile number in order to process your order.
